Extruded heat sinks use an aluminium alloy extrusion process, forming fins and base in a single operation. This yields a uniform structure with high mechanical strength and excellent thermal conductivity. The process is well-suited for producing straight-fin heat sinks, with customisable lengths and a favourable cost-performance ratio. Compared to welded or assembled heat sinks, the extrusion process offers greater stability and requires minimal post-processing. Surfaces treatment included anodizing, sandblasting, or powder coating to enhance corrosion resistance and aesthetic appeal.
Application: Servo drives,Frequency converters,LED power supplies,Industrial power supplies,Communications equipment.
We provide multiple cross-sectional specifications, lengths, and surface treatment options, supporting custom designs and CNC machining. If you have need pls contact us.
