Vacuum brazed liquid cooling plates are high-performance, highly efficient heat dissipation components manufactured using vacuum brazing technology. They guide coolant flow through internal channels to directly contact and remove heat generated by high-heat electronic components (such as IGBTs, CPUs, GPUs, power chips, etc.), serving as a key solution for addressing thermal management challenges in high-power-density equipment. They offer exceptional structural strength and pressure resistance, coupled with outstanding thermal conductivity efficiency.
